An Exclusive Evening: Luxurique’s New Tokyo Office Unveiling

Updated: Apr 2

On March 26, 2026, Luxurique opened its doors to partners, clients, media, and long time collaborators for an evening that marked a meaningful milestone in our journey. The unveiling of our new office in Tokyo was not simply about a new space. It was a moment to reflect on how far we have come, and to share a vision for what lies ahead.

Throughout the evening, there was a sense of familiarity and quiet celebration. Conversations flowed easily, reconnecting people who have worked together over the years, while welcoming new faces into the Luxurique circle.

Milestones of Excellence

During the evening, our CEO Naomi Mano shared a few words that captured the spirit of Luxurique:

“Luxurique started in 2014 in a small room in Roppongi with just two people. Since then, we have grown step by step, endured the difficult three years of COVID, and today we are very happy to welcome you to our new office.”

It was a simple message, yet it reflected a journey shaped by patience, resilience, and long term relationships. What began as a small initiative has steadily grown into a company trusted to design refined and highly personalized experiences across Japan.

An Evening Reflecting Our Approach to Hospitality

The unveiling party was conceived as an extension of our work. A moment where our partners could experience firsthand the level of care and attention that defines Luxurique.

Every element of the evening was approached with intention. The flow of the event, the atmosphere, and the interactions were all designed to feel effortless.

Guests enjoyed a carefully curated culinary experience, while our team ensured that each moment felt smooth and attentive. Even the cloakroom became part of the experience, serving both as a service point and as a practical training ground for our expanding team.

This philosophy of attention to detail is central to how we operate. We believe that true hospitality lies not in grand gestures, but in consistency, anticipation, and care.

A Team That Continues to Evolve

The evening also provided an opportunity to highlight the people behind Luxurique.

Long standing team members such as Jonathan Rodriguez, who leads our hospitality division, Florian Plag and Shoko Hida from the sales team, and our Event Director Mizuki Asakura were present to welcome guests and reconnect with partners.

At the same time, we were pleased to introduce new members who recently joined us, including Shinichi Sakata as Head of Sales and Motoki Yoshihama as Business Developer. Their arrival reflects a new stage of development, as we continue to strengthen our expertise and expand our capabilities.

A Shift Toward Meaningful Experiences in Japan Today

This new chapter for Luxurique comes at a time when Japan is entering a renewed phase of global interest. International travelers are returning with different expectations, seeking experiences that feel more personal, more intentional, and more connected to local culture.

There is a growing demand for slower travel, where time is spent understanding a destination rather than simply visiting it. Wellness journeys are also becoming central, with itineraries that combine nature, traditional practices, and moments of disconnection. From quiet stays in remote ryokan to private cultural encounters, the focus is shifting toward balance and depth.

At the same time, there is increasing curiosity for lesser known regions of Japan. Beyond major cities, travelers are looking for hidden landscapes, local craftsmanship, and stories that remain largely untold. These places offer a different perspective on Japan, one that feels more intimate and authentic.

This evolution aligns closely with Luxurique’s approach. Our role is not only to organize, but to guide, to curate, and to reveal a side of Japan that is often unseen.

A Moment of Gratitude and Continuity

The unveiling party was also, above all, a moment to express gratitude.

To our partners and collaborators who have supported us over the years. To those who continue to trust us with their projects. And to our team, whose dedication and attention to detail make every experience possible.

The evening was an opportunity to reconnect, to exchange ideas, and to look ahead together. As Luxurique continues to grow, these relationships remain at the heart of everything we do.
