The company will only collect Customer's data for business purposes and only when a Customer chooses to provide us with it. When Luxurique collects and stores Personal Customer data, it is used to support the company in managing the Customer relationship, to create and personalize hospitality programs and events, and to respond to Customer requests and inquiries. • Personal data may be used to contact Customers about Luxurique promotions and special hospitality events and products in support of Customer business needs or to conduct online surveys to understand better our customers' needs. 

• Customer Data may also be shared with third party Communications partners who provide Email and Mail documents about Luxurique and its products and services to the entire Customer base, for example, in Direct Marketing campaigns.

If a Customer does not wish Luxurique to store and use its data to support the Customer relationship the Customer's instruction will be followed. Customer data will not be sold or transferred to a third party for any use other than listed above.

Purpose Limitation 

Luxurique will collect, use, or share any personal Customer data collected online only for the purposes previously communicated unless the disclosure is: 

• for a related purpose associated with the original purpose, the personal data was initially collected for,

When Customers access the Luxurique website, we may automatically collect non-personal data (e.g., type of Internet browser and operating system used, the web site's domain name from which Customer originated, frequency and number of visits, avg time spent, pages viewed, etc.). We may employ Customer data and share it with our IT Support suppliers partners to monitor our Website's attractiveness and improve its performance or content. 

 

"Cookies" - Information Stored Automatically on Customer Computer 

When Customers view our Web site, we may store some data on the Customer's computer in the form of a "cookie." This technology will allow our Website to recognize the Customer's access to subsequent Customer visits.
