Matsuura Brewery: Founded in 1772, Matsuura Brew ery produces high-quality sake despite its small size, with an annual output of around 280 koku (50KL). The sake "Shishi no Sato" is designed to pair perfectly with food, using ultra-soft water for a gentle, food-friendly flavor with a subtle aroma and lively acidity.
